I have a lot of respect for everyone who's still carrying the late night lo-fi scene on their back to this day, and that's something that Aexion does extremely well. Some simple loops, nice effects work, and a knack for evoking a scene is sometimes all you need to make something great.
"Sparkling Night" really encapsulates a lot of what made releases in the style stand out in the mid 2010s, during its peak, feeling exactly like it could have been released alongside timeless classics.
